Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–14 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume events, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will review and work toward a resolution. REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS are not guaranteed.

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
